Our story
RL Projects was founded on a simple belief: specialist operators deserve software built specifically for them. Too often, debt recovery and parking teams are forced to bend their processes around generic tools that were never designed for the realities of compliance-heavy work.
So we built platforms that put compliance, security, and usability first — ICARUS for debt recovery and ARGUS for parking management. Both are ready to deploy, configurable to your workflows, and backed by a team that genuinely cares about your success.
And because every organisation is different, you choose how to run them: fully hosted and managed by us, or delivered as compiled code you self-host on your own infrastructure for complete control over your data and environment.
